Service Disclaimer

JoCathey Maids does NOT guarantee the removal of stains such as rust, mildew, or others caused by hard-water build-up or lack of maintenance. All areas are expected to be free of clutter. We require to be informed of items or surfaces needing special care. We are NOT responsible for damage due to fault and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (marble, granite, hardwood, concrete, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If something was missed during your cleaning, please notify us within 48 hours of your service. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, return to address the issue.

Damage & Incident Policy

While damages are rare, we believe in accountability. If an accidental damage occurs during service, it should be reported as soon as possible so it can be properly documented and reviewed.

Open Communication

JoCathey Maids relies primarily on word-of-mouth recommendations, so please communicate any concerns about the service disclaimer or your cleaning experience with our company.
