We Built the Company We Wanted to Exist
Before JoCathey Maids became a company, Cassandra and Elizabeth experienced firsthand what was often missing in the cleaning industry: consistency, communication, professionalism, and intentional care.
Over time, what began as a professional working relationship evolved into a shared vision for something more refined.
Elizabeth originally joined Cassandra's first cleaning company as a cleaner, where her professionalism, eye for detail, and natural understanding of quality home care quickly stood out.
Together, they recognized that exceptional home care requires far more than surface cleaning. It requires structure. Training. Trust. Consistency. And people who genuinely value the craft behind what they do. So they built a company centered around those principles.
JoCathey Is More Than a Name
The name JoCathey carries the legacy of two women whose influence helped shape the heart behind this company long before it existed.
"Jo" comes from Cassandra's mother's name. "Cathey" comes from Elizabeth's mother's name.
Though both women are no longer here, their strength, care, and influence remain woven into the foundation of the company. The name serves as a daily reminder that what we build should be done with intention, integrity, and purpose — not only in business, but in how people are treated.
