Before we clean your home, we want to understand the layout of your home, surface types throughout the home, product preferences, pets, fragrance sensitivities, allergies, cleaning goals, and areas requiring special attention.
By taking a few extra minutes upfront, we're able to provide more accurate pricing, arrive properly prepared, and deliver better results from the very first visit.
We believe exceptional service begins before we ever step through your front door.
We don't believe great cleaning requires the strongest chemicals available. Instead, we focus on proper cleaning techniques, professional systems, surface protection, product knowledge, attention to detail, and consistent results.
Whenever possible, we begin with products that effectively clean while being mindful of your home and surfaces. Stronger products are only used when necessary to address heavy buildup, hard water deposits, soap scum, grease, mold or mildew, and restoration cleaning needs.
We generally do not rely on bleach for routine cleaning.
The products we use are only part of the equation. Professional training, proven systems, attention to detail, and consistency are what truly create exceptional results.

Bio-Clean — an enzyme-based cleaner that breaks down organic buildup naturally, effective for grout, drains, and restoration cleaning.
Professional microfiber systems — help reduce chemical usage while capturing dust, dirt, and debris effectively.

Kitchen Cleaning
Products we may use: Sal Suds, Dawn dish soap, stainless steel cleaner, professional degreasers, and microfiber cleaning systems.
Common tasks: countertops, cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors, stovetops, microwaves, sink cleaning, and fingerprint removal.
We use professional stainless steel cleaning methods designed to remove fingerprints, residue, and streaks while helping maintain the finish of your appliances.
Bathroom Cleaning
Products we may use: Dawn dish soap, Cajun Sparkle, Bio-Clean, Soft Scrub, toilet bowl cleaner, and OdoBan disinfectant when appropriate.
Common tasks: showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, fixtures, and hard water removal.
For stubborn buildup and staining in white sinks and tubs, we may use specialty products such as Soft Scrub and Bio-Clean to safely restore appearance and cleanliness.
Floor Care
Products we may use: Sal Suds, Ecolab no-rinse floor cleaner, OdoBan neutral pH floor cleaner, and Southern Belle floor cleaner.
Floor types we commonly clean: hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), tile, laminate, and engineered hardwood.
Our team selects products based on flooring type and manufacturer recommendations whenever possible.
Glass, Mirrors & Shine
Products we may use: professional glass cleaner, a Dawn/alcohol/water solution, and microfiber glass cloth systems.
Used for: mirrors, interior glass, glass shower doors, and glass tabletops. Our goal is crystal-clear glass without residue or streaking.
Freshening & Finishing Touches
Available upon request: essential oils, Cajun Fresh air freshener, and Zep air freshener. Some clients prefer fragrance-free cleaning while others enjoy a freshly scented home — we're happy to accommodate either preference.
Pet-Friendly Cleaning Practices
Many of our clients have dogs and cats. To help maintain sanitation standards and reduce cross-contamination between homes, we may use certain homeowner-provided tools when appropriate.
Using your vacuum helps remove pet hair more effectively, reduce cross-contamination between homes, manage pet dander and allergens, and maintain sanitation standards. The same may apply to toilet brushes and certain specialty cleaning tools.
